Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Any item purchased online from botanica.pk can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase.

  • Please note that items purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or discount campaign are not eligible for exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, personal care products that have been opened or used (such as oils, shampoos, or conditioners) cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide:

  • Your order confirmation email OR

  • A copy of the invoice/receipt

Conditions for Exchange

Items are eligible for exchange only if:

  • They are unused and in their original packaging

  • All labels, seals, and tags are intact

  • Proof is provided in case of defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized items

Online Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.

  3. If eligible, we will arrange a courier pickup from your doorstep.

  4. The process typically takes 7–10 working days after verification.

Return Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction, but if you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You received a damaged item

    • You received the wrong product
