📦 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days across Pakistan.

• Remote areas may take a little longer.

💵 Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above Rs.3500.

• Orders below Rs.3500 will be charged a flat shipping fee of Rs.250.

📍 Delivery Method

• We deliver through trusted courier partners (Leopards, TCS, Call Courier, etc.).

• You will receive an order confirmation and delivery updates via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

❌ Delays

• Botanica.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

• However, our support team will assist you to track and resolve any delivery issues.
